Why are you so upset? We're only adhering to the Biden rule. If we did it now we'd create a new rule and you'd declare it null and............er.......... Hmmmm perhaps it isn't such a bad idea after all.

There goes Collins and Murkowski.

Wait until he gets pressed on whether or not the President can pardon himself or be indicted.

If I'm on the Senate hearing, my first question would be point blank.

Is the President Above The Law?
What does White minority have to do with Constitutionalism and the rule of law? Why does the thought of a judge actually applying strict interpretation based on what the Constitution allows scare the hell out of you?

So, will the Dems do the same, and stick by their 'resistance' rhetoric and refuse to allow anymore Trump appointees through (even compromise candidates)? I'm holding my breath in anticipation!
So you would rather make this into a team sport instead of adhering to the Constitution? What does pro-choice have to do with proper objective legal interpretation of the Constitution? The time to take the Court out of the legislative arena is now. Separation of powers must be reestablished.

Point is - Republicans have been playing a team sport for decades, but most Democrats don't, cause they have few things they actually stand for/so are always quick to compromise, rather than risk a standoff.

Sadly, the political Parties do play a team sport. But, that team-mentality cannot be allowed into the Court. Personal opinion has no place in the Court. A move back to strict interpretation is long overdue. The Constitution is NOT a living document to be bended and molded based on a judges personal opinion. We have a process in place called the Amendment process.

Enough of the waving around of bloody fetus...actually stillbirth pictures!
The Dems aren't even willing to stand firm on the abortion issue/unlike Republicans who feel sacrificing pregnant women is just part of the cost! The DNC has favored many "pro life" Dems like that dink who served as Hillary's running mate in case you forgot him, over the pro choice Democrats. If you think of an issue they are actually lining up together on, let me know!
