Some plastic manufacturing is returning from China to the U.S. Upper market clothing is now being produced in California. China's labor shortage is sending some production to other countries, but we're also getting some back. China's economy is going to a more service/high tech standing, which is good for American manufacturing.

That sounds like great news for the American manufacturing industrie. Even if the U.S. is still way behind in manufacturing due to "free trade". Manufacturingcreates wealth for a nation. A service economy is not an economy at all. It's pretty much just the art of moving paper around.

That's the truth, Fayt.

Americans for too long have considered getting our hands dirty while earning a living to be beneath us.

Precisely why this country needs to revamp it's tax code that will benefit everyone (the progressive income tax does not do this because it uses income as a bias) and make this country far more marketable. FairTax is one option, and Herman Cain's 9-9-9 plan is another viable option.

I can promise you this: If President Obama still lives in the White House in February of 2013, and the Republicans don't end up getting majorities in both houses of Congress, that company will be overseas again 5 years from now.

The Obama Democrats sure like to kick out anybody who helps the economy.
