FayT loves everything about the democratic party. Me, I look at New Orleans and Detroit -- two fine examples of Democratic Party leadership.

I look at the President sucking up to the union goons that got him elected and who supply the party with so much money. Sad.

Democrats have allowed public worker unions to have way to much power at the state and local level. Nice conflict of interest - government workers running the government.

FayT is, of course, also a progressive. There seems to be something really arrogant about calling yourself a "progressive", since the word assumes everyone else is not.

What they do well is progressively lead us to run out of money. Geitner testified before Congress that Obama's ten year budge could "not be sustained." What? Only a progressive (and Obama is too smart to be a progressive) would submit an unsustainable budget. And, he keeps wanting to add more programs. I love traveling by train, but we have no money. We have no money for new programs, period.

Progressives like WT and FayT say they like the military. But, it is lip service. They are both up in arms over the poor teachers in Wisconsin - whose starting pay is significantly more than a First Lieutenant's. Where was the outrage over some guy that gets no overtime, busts his ass, and could lose his life? They were against the Iraq and Afghanistan War, but generally not because neither was worth one American life (which is my reasoning). They express concern about the victims in Iraq and Afghanistan. They worried more about evil Blackwater and not much about our men and women.

Progressives have taken over the Dem party, which could use a re-takeover by true liberals.

[quick reply] STFU, you haven't a clue, stop putting words in my mouth, raise taxes and bring jobs back to the U.S. to solve problems. Vote democratic

Must be.....You know Fxashun I do beat up Clinton and Obama too. I'm a equal opportunist far as spreading my dissatisfaction towards bad polices and actions. I hate Clinton for buying into "free trade" and Obama omg he's not a liberal but center left, Well he almost has no choice with the new republican Senate but......
