Thanks from coke

I know, right? Whatever. Let them kill themselves if that is what they want. I tried it years ago, and it was so gross. Once in a while, if I am really drunk, I'll smoke with some friends. So gross.
I guess you have to have a taste for it, like weed. Some people like it and others don't. Me personally in my youth, weed never did anything for me that a single cigarette couldn't do, but better and smoother with more taste and less bitterness afterwards. Besides, i grew up with the understanding that a single joint had the same health impacts as a pack of cigarettes, so they say. And please, cannabis aficionado's, don't stone me. I am no weed scientists. That's just what i had heard then.
Whether it is true or not doesn't matter in the least. If the taste was good for me and i had enjoyed i would have kept on smoking pot. It didn't taste good to me, did nothing for me and i didn't enjoy it. So i smoke cigarettes or an occasional cigar with a longstanding enjoyment of this tobacco product, in spite of the health risks.
Thanks from coke

When did you begin questioning authority?

The cannabis you smoked when young bears no resemblance to what's being grown now. The Super Lemon Haze tastes lemony. The Blue Dream has a distinct blueberry taste.

You know how you read descriptions of wines, "...hint of melon," and you drink it, and you think maybe you get the melon part? Cannabis is different. You get it. Hell, there's a bubble gum variety that freaking tastes like bubble gum!!!

Bubble Gum:

Oh my god. What website did I just stumble into, High Times dot com? They probably do have a website, right? I just remember some guys I knew had the "centerfold" weed plant pictures hanging up on their walls. Too funny.

It's a great herb Lyzza and unlike alcohol and tobacco, it's not toxic.

I have a friend who has been prescribed oxycontin for a longtime back injury. Yeah, he was addicted.

The right strains of cannabis work better. He's a musician, so getting stoned to boot is OK.

But withdrawing from oxycontin wasn't fun for him.
Thanks from Lyzza

Yuck. I had a good friend who was addicted to that oxy stuff. I've had other meds like that, and they are really addictive or so I thought. Scary stuff.

I would definitely put the good smoke way above alcohol, tobacco (for sure), and those pharma-drugs. Way above. Just wish I had more time to enjoy it! Well, that and a state that wouldn't lock me up for having some.........
