Do you think it was the marijuana or prescription drugs that made him drive that fast?? Or the combination of both?

If it was either, then it must have been the prescription drugs. People who are stoned on marijuana are more likely to be busted for driving too slow. It sounds like a joke but I have actually known at least 3 people who got pulled over for this while stoned.
