Who knew Trade could be so complicated?

So Trump has boldly moved his Trade non-agenda forward by signing signing (or almost signing) two executive orders.

The first order calls for a study to determine the causes of the trade imbalance
(Ewww, a study, that's gonna shake things up)

The second is a duplicate of an order that Obama signed.

We actually don't know if Trump signed these orders, he ran out of the signing ceremony without signing them when someone asked him about Russia.

So effectively, the big change is, we now will have a study, that could take years.

The changes to NAFTA being floated in congress are small technical issues, no one is tearing it up and starting from scratch, it's just a few tiny tweaks.

Can't you see the jobs lining up in China and Mexico to flow back to the heartland.
Well, those jobs would come back, but they heard there was a great wall and decided to stay.

Since the inauguration, the Mexican Peso has been the strongest currency in the world. The market doesn't believe the Demented Orange Fat Man will do anything.

Nothing on Health Care.
Nothing on Taxes.
Nothing on Trade.

Yaaay, Trump might actually be good for America, like a strong laxative, maybe our collective bowels will move and the GOP will end up in the bowl....
