Bitcoin

Bitcoin hit $3,300 today.

Just to put that into perspective for all of you Debbie downers. We got both of my kids one bitcoin in the beginning of the year($700) as an investment twards their first car. I just transferred that into 4 oz of gold and still have bitcoin for them left over. Furthermore earlier this month there was a hard fork that doubled their crypto currency and they both retained $300 plus in another crypto.
Thanks from guy39 and Maverick

They need to be made illegal in the USA. They create the opportunity for crime. Serious laundering of illegally gotten money is possible because of this.

Then your bitcoin will be worth nothing. Just like confederate dollars in 1866.

I know. It is terrifying that they are international and w/ the push of a button I can change them into a number of other crypto currencies.

In a perfect world we will only use the USD for taxes. Let them devalue that shit as much as they want then. As it is it looses value sitting in the bank. Wait until the move for negative interest rates.
Thanks from guy39

Bit coins untraceable and therefore perfect for illegal money laundering. They need to be made illegal to use in the USA.

You do know that there is no actual count on USD currently in circulation, right? They say that almost every $100 dollar bill has cocaine on it.

But hey, sign up w/ the rest of the Statists on the ban on cash. There are no laws that say we have to use USD for commerce only for tax.

Ban bitcoin we will just use something else. You can't fight the future. Bitcoin is only about 10 years old and has over a 3000:1 value over USD. What does that say about your federal currency?

Do you know that of the people just used crypto currency instead of reserve notes we could end the proxy wars? If we stopped using their fiat currency how could they steal our wealth to fund their international murder campaigns.

But you are worried about money laundering, seriously?

What are people who "launder money" really doing but protecting their wealth from the international criminal organization that is not only stealing from you but your great-great grandchildren?

How about gold, can you trace gold? Diamonds? Pork bellies? Blow jobs?

Think about it.
Thanks from webguy4 and Maverick

And what does that say about "we?" Are "we" related to "they?" And you know exactly what it means that bitcoin has a 3000:1 value over the USD. It means, a lot of people are betting big that bitcoin is a good investment, a good place to stash cash.

That means: The ranks of the pure revolutionaries are joined by those looking to get rich. Some would say, "polluted," by association by those driven by the love of money.

Those people have elevated themselves above the law. They are really doing it, and righteously at that.

It is common knowlage that USD has traces of cocaine on it especially $50s&$100s

If the USD heald wealth people would use it to store wealth and not just use it for exchange. If you don't know that just saving money in the bank costs you money don't expect to find salvation on a message board.

This is why the smart money moves out of USD.

The same thing that happens to all technology. In reality bitcoin has more safeguards due to block chain technology than your didgital USD.
