I don't.
A total lie. When asked to substantiate your figure, you evaded and offered smart ass comebacks, which is your signature tactic btw.

Once more: Please offer substantiation for your $1 trillion figure, or just admit you are a feckless liar who believe lies and repeats them.

This is just a guess but MAYBE the answer to your question lies in the fact that roads, bridges, airports, and canals are the conduits through which goods are exchanged, and as such, infrastructure can play a productive role in economic growth??? That state boundary lines are crossed allowing Americans to travel from state to state?
Would it surprise to know that state and local governments are responsible for an overwhelming proportion (85 percent) of public infrastructure investment??

You seem to have trouble connecting dots.

Did you mean to amplify on what I posted?

All kinds of jobs for people who erect steel, Chinese Steel that is.
I saw one foundry job, paying $13/hr.
And no jobs in the steel mills.
There's some coal mines closing.

$28.82/hr to clean railroad coaches though.....

Barack Obama unveils $1 trillion economic stimulus package - Telegraph

It was not very hard to find. It was cute watching you play dumb acting like Obama never went on a stimulus campaign trail screaming shovel ready.

Now everyone wait for it

Its coming

Its a worn out staple of liberal logic when something can not be refuted.

That was a proposal, it got trimmed back substantially.
Things would have been better if it had actually made it through.

But back then, with an economy shedding a half million jobs a month, some people were very concerned about the deficit, today the very same people are totally cool with a huge deficit, what happened?

Sorry to disappoint you. Bush didn't spend $1 trillion on infrastructure either.

From your link:

Quote:
President-elect Barack Obama has warned that “things are going to get worse before they get better” as he outlined details of an economic stimulus package that could reach $1 trillion and is designed to lift the United States out of recession.
The MOST that was allotted to infrastructure in any one year was $50 billion. Now then, what did justoneman claim?

That's a damned lie as I noted.

Too bad you wasted everyone's time with your half-baked comeback.

Not at all. There is a very simple solution to that. The federal government relinquishes that 15% back to the states.

Solved.

I went to the Speedway gas station yesterday to buy cigarettes. The man behind the counter was nice and said he works Christmas Day. I asked if you get double time and he said two and half. I said that is nice and he smiled, and said yes it is. Speedway has the Christmas Spirit.
Thanks from Clara007
