It's an economic thing not a race thing furthermore it is a states rights thing not a federal government thing. Just like healthcare. If a state wants to help out its citizens so be it. The state and the people of the state will see a direct result from the investment. The federal government should not force me to pay for the schooling for a citizen of Texas. It's easy.

Dyslexia brings back a memory in Corvallis, Oregon in Hewlett-Packard's giant truck bay during the 1994 Fourth of July, free cookout for all employees and contractors.

I pointed at a sign on the truck dock where the words were written backwards so the truck driver can read them in his rear view mirror. I told my partner that sign is for people who have dyslexia and we both broke out in laughter. There was a guy sitting below the sign and he thought we were laughing at him. He got real mad and came to us wanting to know why are you laughing at me. I said we were laughing at the sign but he didn't believe us and looked like he was going to hit us. I told him to sit back down before you get your ass whipped on the Fourth of July.

Well, shoot, Jim. AND you were doing so well. Now you've ventured into silly constitutional rights.

“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” This means that the rights citizens are not limited by those listed in the Constitution. The purpose of the Ninth Amendment was to dismiss the notion that the rights not explicitly named in the Constitution did not exist.

There are all sorts of things NOT listed in the constitution. Marriage, God, the presumption of innocence, right to privacy, reproductive rights, education, right to vote, etc.

Do you really want an uneducated country??
