AGAIN - its' the discrimination that is illegal and shameful - not the conduct. You're using a sex or race analogy - use religion instead, if that helps you understand.

I sincerely don't know whether you're being incredibly dense on this subject, or if you're just playing the gaysher dense game.

No. They were not. They did not lean their lives on the Gentle Shepherd and only Savior, Jesus The Lord and Christ.

That woman WAS a Nazi before she had an encounter with Corrie tenBoom.

I wasn't even addressing the behavior. I was only asking you how you can advocate for privacy and then say that one can sue for discrimination based on what you do privately.

Sex and race and apparent handicap are visible and cannot be kept private, like behavior or beliefs.

Yes, just as it would be wrong for me to haul my speakers out there and blast Grateful Dead music. It would be disturbing your neighbors in a private residence.....go downtown to preach like the rest of the nutcases.

Certainly sounds to me like Hitler was a Christian:

My feelings as a Christian points me to my Lord and Savior as a fighter. It points me to the man who once in loneliness, surrounded by a few followers, recognized these Jews for what they were and summoned men to fight against them and who, God's truth! was greatest not as a sufferer but as a fighter. In boundless love as a Christian and as a man I read through the passage which tells us how the Lord at last rose in His might and seized the scourge to drive out of the Temple the brood of vipers and adders. ...Today, after two thousand years, with deepest emotion I recognize more profoundly than ever before the fact that it was for this that He had to shed his blood upon the Cross. ...

- Adolf Hitler, speech on April 12, 1922

I asked that in the sheer editorial sense. I don't "preach" from my balconey or downtown. Or anywhere.

Would it also be wrong for gay people to share their political agenda or demonstrate their gay conduct from the balconey?

I am just wondering what you think. I am not saying it would be wrong. I am wondering how you differentiate.

it depends on how it is shared. I should be able to fly a rainbow flag if it is in accordance with the bi-laws of the apartment complex, but I should not be allowed to get a bullhorn and climb on my soapbox.

My issue is with disturbing the peace, not with freedom of expression.

I think you know that, so why you are playing dumb I have no idea.
