I tell ya, you can't make this stuff up.

Apparently you can 'make this stuff up' ad infinitum.

Of course the government engages in social engineering. That's why there are colossal welfare & rehabilitation programs, huge prison populations and public education.

It's also the reason why marrying multiple wives, minors or animals is illegal.

You've had it explained to you several times that homosexuals get preferential treatment under employment and tenancy laws, and under 'hate' crime legislation.

You're a bright kid - go and google the statutes.

Do your own research to prove your own lies...you won't because you can't.

By the way - do you think that we should also stop having laws that protect one from discrimination based on their religion? There is certainly no question that choosing which direction to point the car on Sunday morning is behavior.

No,Tristan. I do not believe we should have laws to protect specific religious groups or individuals for that matter.

Who should have rights? Smokers or non-smokers?

Concerning tenancy laws...who should have the rights? The prospective tenant or the landowner?

What if a man puts his house on the market as a rental, and he does not believe it is right to have sex before marriage? Should he be forced to allow two unmarried people to cohabit in his property?

Should he be forced to allow two gay people to cohabit in his property?

Should he be forced to allow smokers to live in his property?

Great questions Bonnie!

In reality the answer is that the homosexuals could sue a landlord for discrimination if he chooses not to rent his property to them because of their sexual behavioural condition.

However, if he decides not to rent to a co-habiting couple, or a guy with several girlfriends, or an elderly couple, or smokers, none of these can sue for discrimination.

It's just another example of the special privileges homosexuals receive whilst they bleat about wanting equal rights!

For one thing that is wrong. It is illegal to make another being the victim of your needs without their permission, not because it is socially unacceptable, but becuase it is one of the true crimes, that everyone knows is wrong. And for another, why is it that you leave out the multiple husband option in your example? Polygamy doesn't have to be exclusive to men, you know.

Both

Yes. That's the entire POINT of privacy, isn't it? What difference is to him if they are "living in sin" or living together in celibacy? It's none of his business.

Yes

No ... because smokers affect OTHERS who live there after them - and anybody else living in the building at the time. This is a public health issue - the other instances you gave were not.
