Do all manufacturers get the same breaks, or did the government show favoritism to Carrier?

Your other example about your personal taxes getting cut not being a subsidy. What if your neighbor down the road, who makes about the same as you doesn't get the same cut? Do you not see that he is subsidizing you?

See, what I don't get is how we know that what we do isn't that big of a deal in the grand scheme of the environment and that maybe it's just the Earth doing it on its own and we have no control over it? That's the part that confuses me, and I don't understand how we know for certain about past trends hundreds of thousands of years back.

Anyone care to properly explain that?

No, no one can explain that. It's a complex subject, all the factors influencing the earth's climate.

You must do the study for yourself. Or you can just keep sitting back and saying "No way."

I trust the fact that the majority of nerds working on this stuff say Climate Change is indeed a thing.
