I seem to recall all kinds of people buying what became known as toxic assets with great gusto. What the hell does that prov -, that many people are stupid. Hell. Just read this board. That's lots of justification for that concept.

What does loans made to people who defaulted on them have to do with rich Liberals not selling their ocean front mansions in Florida? It doesn't.

These Hollywood liberals do not think for one second that their 30 million dollar home will be underwater in five years. Obviously they are spewing political propaganda so that people get taxed to fuel the socialist agenda.

Well, perhaps there is no "panic" because, as far as I am aware, there exists no scientific studies which have projections of sea level rise that is so rapid that even single story homes that exist along the coast of southern Florida will be "underwater" within two years from now. Or is it five years from now? (I guess you find it hard to decide, from one moment to the next moment, which figure to pull out of your...ummmm...buttocks?)

Tsunami! A large mass of rock is set to slide into the sea on one of the Canary Islands and the giant rock slide and resulting Tsunami is pointed at the US. A Tsunami moves at the speed of a passenger jet and where can people in Southern Florida evacuate to?

Good idea. Cuba is only 90 miles from Key West and has San Juan Hill but Guantanamo will be swamped from the back wash. Tampa will also be swamped from the back wash but Hernando, Florida should survive the back wash unscathed.

edit: Not Hernando County but the small town of Hernando in Citrus County. Ancient mound builders were in Citrus County evidenced by the mounds they built, quite impressive mounds I must add.

I have here one video says 32 feet of sea level change by year 2100 That is 83 years from now. So that would be 4.63" per year x 5 years would be about 23". That would put water over the floor of the first level of many ocean front homes. I would call that underwater. That property would no longer be land. it would be sea.

So why are not Liberal Hollywood celebrities not getting rid of their ocean front mansions now before it is too late? Why? Because it is bull shit that's why.

Haha! You honestly believe these houses will be underwater "soon enough". So tell me how long "soon enough" is? 5 years?
