I always wanted to climb the Pyrenees when a young man but the only mountain I have climbed from the bottom to top was Mount Diablo during the heat of the summer, not far and east of Berkeley, Ca. I made it to the top faster than Dad driving the 1959 Rambler with a V-8 engine.

I have been on Mt. Diablo. I was in San Fransisco at a race around 2003 or so. We got on BART next to the hotel with our bikes and it stopped in Dublin. Just a short ride over to Mt. Diablo. I remember it being steep with lots of switchbacks.

I just liked mountain climbing but never got serious. Mt. Tamaulipas is another peak I mastered in the bay area. I climbed up part way up on Kitt Peak in Arizona and then we move to Mexico and I was only barely a teenager. Mountain climbers always carry a cane, could be venomous snakes hiding.

His wife speaks Spanish Castilian a few words of Portuguese she understands, but attention the words can be the same with different meanings.
For example.
Por - copo = Esp - vaso

Vaso in Portuguese is a container with earth and flowers
boa tarde senhor por favor me sirva um copo de vinho - Por
buenas tardes señor por favor, me sirve una copa de vino vaso - Esp castelhano
Good afternoon sir, please get me a glass of wine.
.................................................. .............................
The badly educated Latin languages.
Spanish and Italian.
And they are two catholic countries.
..
castelhano espanhol - Me cago en Dios y puta de mi madre.
Italian - La Porca Madonna.

In the Portuguese language we do not have nor use these terms, we do not mistreat our religion. Spanish Castilian and Italian Yes, this is why the Portuguese say these two countries are the most nuts languages of the Latin language.Romanian and Portuguese French are more educated
