I love how the people who oppose same sex marriage keep bringing out this straw man argument.

In all the court decisions striking down the bans on same sex marriage, not ONE of them is based on the "right to marry"

They are based on the XIVth Amendments guarantee of "equal protection of the laws"

Marriage laws exist. A state cannot deny the protection of those laws to same sex couples without two things....

1) A legitimate state interest

AND

2) Being able to show that the only way to protect that state interest is by discriminating against same sex couples.

No state has even passed the first hurdle, let alone the second one.

You have never read a ruling. District courts have ruled regarding a "fundamental right to marry."
Your ignorance understandable as you have never read any of the rulings you cannot defend and have no clue what a due process argument is.

Kaboom!!!!!!!

What's up with Justice Ginsburg?

Little old Jewish lady Mrs. Ginsburg looks so frail and small. I bet is you snuck behind her and popped a balloon, she would keel over immediately. Is this woman healthy? She looks like she needs to go retire and move to Miami and play Bingo with the other elderly Jewish people.

Was Clarence Thomas awake? He doesn't seem to ask questions to anyone, and is sort of a mystery person. I don't think he could have stayed awake long enough to to sexually harass Anita Hill. If you ever watched "The Office", this is Stanley Hudson doing crossword puzzles in the corner.

The homosexuals would have burned down the Supreme Court building if they lost, and someone would have to wake up Thomas and Ginsburg or they won't survive the fire and Obama would have to get two more Supreme Court justices and blame the fire on Confederate flag wavers.

What strain are YOU smoking this morning...or are you doing dabs?

We should only be so fortunate as to have Obama replace Thomas. You know, he is really overweight and sedentary Black men have serious cardiac issues. It wouldn't be totally beyond possibility that he would just drop dead of a heart attack. Wouldn't that be just super?

Scalia could well be a candidate for the same sort of thing. Now, that would be great. Two of the most rabidly anti-citizen justices gone in...well, a heartbeat. I might decide there is something to this God crap if that happened. And the two are SOOOO deserving of a chat with the God they place over the Constitution. Yeah...very cool idea.
