People from ANY religion can hold office. The Constitution prohibits a religious test for holding office. They just canít use their religious views as a basis for legislating, deciding how laws will be administered or how laws will be interpreted.

Kim Davis is allowed to hold the office of Clerk. She just canít use her religion to deny marriage licenses to same sex couples.

Freedom is the word..

There should be no religious test for holding office, and there should be NO LAW PREVENTING ANYONE ANY GROUP ANY COMMUNITY from holding prayer.
