Hmmmmm...... Something about the 2nd Amendment, and the 5th Amendment.

Then we get the made up by black robes abortion deflection.

The angle of reflection equals the angle of incidence. What is the angle of deflection?

Just asking and not being a smart ass. : )

To make the argument that due process is rendered in a SS Security claim toward the removing of the Second amendment right to a person is akin to saying that being found guilty of stealing a candy bar means your also guilty of robbing the bank. Never mind you was denied due process for the bank robbery
Thanks from Jimmyb

One first is put on the list: presumption of guilt.

Then to be removed, one can contest it: presumption of guilt.

Then to be removed, the burdon of proof is on SS beneficiary: presumption of guilt.

The SS administration is doing it under Obama's executive order creating a law: violation of the separation of powers.

Sounds like a Putin move to me.

How and/or why is one initially put on the list?

Moral to the story: Don't be an addict, or, don't get caught. Either will work.
