Kiss off , if the court says so, deciding whether it is constitutional or not. There decision stands, till it is over ridden by a higher court. You Wacko righties think you know what is constitutional or not and you people couldn't in general be farther from the mark. It's almost humorous what you call unconstitutional. Anyway why whine to us about it. Take them to court, telling the court that you think it is unconstitutional. Your wacko Idea what the constitution means hold no water. You people are just to wacko to even consider your goofy ideas what is constitutional or not.

So, no one SAYS that the mentally ill should be allowed to own guns.
What they do is fight against any classification of mentally ill that would restrict gun purchases.

It's like saying that people in pink shirts should not be allowed to buy a gun.
But then the NRA insists that people wearing shirts are actually wearing "salmon" colored shirts.

Quite frankly, what are the NRA standards which would be agreeable to document that a mentally ill person should not have a gun?
Is it that they were convicted of shooting up people? Is that where their standards are? Already having committed the crime?

Again, it's not saying "felons should legally buy guns".
It's a fight against methods to identify felons so that we can recognize they shouldn't be allowed to buy that gun. Fighting against background checks.
You don't decide shit, The government does you don't like it don't bother me with it . take them to court. that's the only one that can affect interpretation of the constitution

Your video, the dumb ass claims as much as 900 rounds per minute, yet he's shooting with a 20 round clip and doing it in bursts.

Your first video shows a guy getting off 30 rounds and then claiming it would equate to 722 rounds per minute for a "rate of fire claim", if the rounds were consecutive, which would require a belt feed.

Yea, yourafuknmoron
Sorry buddy you loose , I can come up with a endless amount of pages and information that proves that I'm the one who knows what I'm talking about and you gun Bubba's don't

I love this it's like arguing with children , the funniest part with these haters is that the ones that know the least about the constitution are the ones that say they know it all.

oops The FBI Report to the Obama White house, the report they DID NOT want you to see.

https://www.nap.edu/catalog/18319/pr...lated-violence

national survey estimates indicate that defensive gun uses by victims are at least as common as offensive uses by criminals, with estimates of annual uses ranging from about 500,000 to more than 3 million per year…

Really? You can't come up with shit, simply because you don't comprehend your own links. Just as you were just shown about the tanks and ammunition and bump stock "rate of fire" estimates based on short bursts, not actually doing 600-900 rounds per minute. You don't have the first clue about what you are talking about, your an ideological idiot, nothing more.

You were shown you are an idiot with basic gun laws here: https://www.hipointfirearmsforums.co...cation.314735/
There is no FBI 5 day hold. You got your ass handed to you and you ran away from that board as quickly as you could.

yea, yorafuknmoron
