Yes, that is what I stated. Why do you bring it up, just to amuse yourself, or did you forget to include a rebuttal or reason for bringing it up?

You can believe this if you want to, but I'm confident enough that everyone else reading this will see that it has been brought down.

Nah, that's ok; I think I'm good. If you want me to continue, give me a good enough reason.

Until then - tah tah.

I agree comrade. We must fight this private owned gun scourge tooth and nail!

Remove all guns from private citizens. Problem solved.

Not any more they don't. In fact you can now expect your concealed carry permit to face even more restrictions.
Maybe, but not so fast.

Maybe SCOTUS recognizes that certain weapons can be regulated via the state as the 1689 EBoR states: "That the subjects which are Protestants may have arms for their defence suitable to their conditions and as allowed by law".

I just bought a new .30-30 Marlin which is lever action. The sound of the lever action will keep anyone from invading my house without shooting it. Automatic and semi-automatic guns should be banned.

Yup it sure does but is a short range weapon. Everyone has their preference and mine is both a short and long range. Imagine looking down the barrel of a .460 Weatherby Magnum. An elephant gun and my next which is bolt action. You never know when a wild elephant goes on the rampage.
