I think they will, and more, including cross over voters, and voters that didn't vote in 2016.
Only 20% of their age demographic voted in the 2014 midterms. Me thinks that is about to change in 2018.

Hopes and prayers will no longer cut it. Shame on the politicians for having to be taught decency by children.

Yeah, and many of the ones calling for more gun grabbing laws are propaganda tools who are either brainwashed by the media or just don't know any better.

Why? It could be that the ones who are going to vote for the Dems were bound or destined to vote for them anyways meaning that there's nothing to show an increase in voters for Dems.

If the argument is that they're voting for the gun grabber candidate, then it could be the Republican candidates who they're going to vote for, because Republican politicians are just as guilty of pushing gun grabbing laws as Democrat politicians.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

“There’s something happening here. What is ain’t exactly clear. There’s a man with a gun over there. Telling me i’ve Got to beware. It’s time to stop, children, what’s that sound ? Everybody look what’s going down”.

Buffalo Springfield created the perfect song for this awakening. Enjoy;

Parkland students planning more protests after March for Our lives

By Max Greenwood - 03/24/18 10:02 PM EDT

Students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School are planning the next round of protests, after hundreds of thousands of people gathered across the country on Saturday for the March for Our Lives.

David Hogg, a student at Stoneman Douglas, said Saturday that students were planning future protests on state capitols, according to The Washington Post.

They're also planning a walkout from school on April 20 in remembrance of the 1999 Columbine High School shooting. During the walkout, Hogg said student activists would be working to register eligible peers to vote.

The number that stuck with me was 18%.
18% of newly eligible voters vote in the first midterm they are leigible , somehow I don't think that will hold this November.
These kids are pumped.
There were also small protests with High Schooler's shooting long guns.

Keep shouting, don't become anesthetized, pope tells young people

MARCH 25, 2018 / 6:15 AM / UPDATED 2 HOURS AGO

Philip Pullella

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - Pope Francis, starting Holy Week services leading to Easter, urged young people on Sunday to keep shouting and not allow the older generations to silence their voices or anesthetize their idealism.

-snip-

Drawing on biblical parallels, Francis urged the young people in the crowd not to let themselves be manipulated.

The temptation to silence young people has always existed,” Francis said in the homily of a Mass.

There are many ways to silence young people and make them invisible. Many ways to anesthetize them, to make them keep quiet, ask nothing, question nothing. There are many ways to sedate them, to keep them from getting involved, to make their dreams flat and dreary, petty and plaintive,” he said.
