People should die from treatable diseases because they are poor?

Yes, people should die from treatable diseases because they cannot pay for their healthcare, and this is moral: in order to pay for healthcare, every man and every woman, should produce goods and business services of value to other men and women. To do otherwise, means taking fruits of labor of other men and women without their consent through taxation, thereby making their work less productive, the society poorer, and ultimately bankrupting the state with ever increasing costs of healthcare.

Not happy with that: you are free to become a doctor and to establish a free clinic for the poor, as Christian doctors do, or to take their ability to pay in account while providing healthcare to them as moral men and women do .

Serious question: What the fuck is wrong with you?

There is nothing wrong me: my humble person is a rare moral man in this sea of corrupt and abominable humanity.

Not only billionaires, but first and foremost poor and middle class Europeans, many of whom are unable to establish and maintain families because of oppressive taxation.

So when Jesus healed the sick and diseased, and didn't ask for payment, HE WAS BEING IMMORAL ??

You are a very warped, sick and twisted person. I feel nothing but pity for you.

BTW, are we to assume that if you're not already on Medicare, you WILL refuse coverage when you retire ??

Well, we know more about the Republican Health Plan.
Trump says it covers everyone, not just people who can afford to pay, premiums will be a lot less, and the coverage is better.

I can't wait, in just a few days, my premiums will drop, ISIS will be gone, and all the women in America will be 10s.
(I added that last part, but I'm sure Trump has been planning something like that )

If the Jesus did in fact "heal the sick"' did he do so as a personal choice or did the Romans force him to do so against his will?
Thanks from coke

There are two things that stand out in Randy's heatlhcare plan. IN fact those are the only two things outlined in the plan: 1) Health Care Savings Plan 2) Eliminate the pre-existing condition clause. Oh, and he wants to "TOY" with Medicaid.
Anyone here used the HSA?? It's a savings account for medical expenses, a tax-advantaged medical savings account you can contribute to and draw money from for certain medical expenses tax-free. HSAs can be used for out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision. HSAs can’t be used to pay health insurance premiums. HSA’s can only be used with “High Deductible Health Plans” that count as “Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC).”

IT'S not a health care plan. Mr. Clara and I had one. We had so much moola taken out of MY paycheck and placed in the account. It was at a time when we could barely afford the house payment so the $100 that came out put us in a big bind. I hated it. Would never recommend it to anyone who is struggling to pay the bills.
The pre-existing clause in the ACA alone will make it insolvent.

Irrelevant to the question. Our resident fundamentalist extremist thinks it's "moral" to let people die of easily curable diseases because they can't afford insurance. Just seems massively cold hearted coming from someone who claims to be Christian.
