Compare the number of medical cost induced bankruptcies in the US to the number in the UK or Canada.

Then go cherry-pick some more quotes from disgruntled people since it seems to give you such warm fuzzies.
800,000 UK citizens fly to the US for Healthcare each year. 600,000 fly to Singapore for Healthcare each year.

UK's NHS is not half the cost of the US and is hemorrhaging at an alarming rate.

Life expectancy in UK 81 years
Life expectancy in US 79 years
Life expectancy in Japan 83 years and is the highest in the world

This is not cherry picking it is a fact. Care to dispute it then go argue with NHS own data and statistics.

Now choosing to terminate life against parents consent and then block them from seeking treatment elsewhere is insane. Fact.
Thanks from webguy4 and caconservative

Except the way the SC has routinely interpreted that and the way you and your buds want it interpreted isn't the same.

And neither your, nor Jimmyb's opinion has any power, theirs does.

First, thank you for confirming my life expectancy point.

But you are going to have to source your 800,000 claim.

And that is why it was so important to prevent Obama from putting a 3rd left-wing justice on the court...as Hillary would have also..... Now when Trump gets his 2nd pick on there maybe some of these failed misreadings of the SCOTUS can be reviewed and challenged.....Starting with Helvering v Davis
Thanks from Jimmyb, caconservative and Sabcat

Why does the Canadian care so much about American politics?

1.5 million Americans seek health care in foreign countries every year, making Americans the worlds foremost medical tourists.

You want to FORCE individual politicians, regardless of party, to adhere to their "platform", promises if you will?

Tell me, how EXACTLY would you force these things?
Who or what agency would decide a violation has occurred?
How would this person or agency be chosen or elected and by whom?

I know, I know, damn reality.

Good question because I don't give a rat's ass about Canadian politics and they should mind their own business and get the fuck out of Dodge.

Pick a ruling and defend it on its constitutional merits.
