you can do better

I am seeing a near total collapse of liberalism in this forum.

on every issue global warming, public health, gun control, etc. liberals are increasingly unable to present coherent logical argument.

gotta say I am disappointed, I like to argue, I come here to argue.
Thanks from Engineer

Between the NSA, Benghazi, IRS, Obama cares complete failure and the caught with your pants on fire moment about Syria the whole "Its Bush's fault" fall back on rhetoric just doesn't give the same satisfaction it used to.

What?

I just joined this forum yesterday hoping to engage liberals in some healthy debate (slap them around a bit). I was a member of a forum (most of us knew each other in the real world) which used to have some spirited debates on issues (slapped each other around a bit). When the last liberal left, the place went quiet......for over a year now.

I hope you conservatives and libertarians haven't run all the libs off before I got here.

we still have plenty of libtards here. look for huge emoticons, different colored large font--anything they helps them when they are jumping up and down trying to get someone to listen to them,
Thanks from Beasty and pana8

In other words, look for the guy that makes the title about conservatives losing, and then talks about light bulbs.

Don't think liberalism is dead, remember they boasted that conservatism was dead, just a few months ago.

I guess the right wing looney tunes have to be more interesting in order to gain the liberals' interest and attention.

By this time, pure intentional ignorance, mean-spirited vicious comments, and bigotry just doesn't have the lure it used to have. It's tired.

Tristan..

Differerence in a liberal and a conservative

If I followed liberal policies on funding my 2 daughters' education I would have given them money to pay for school.

As a Conservative, I choose to:

you pay This much for school, if you make the grades (3.0 or higher) I will pay for the classes, 2.99 or lower.. you pay for them.

If you find a way to earn a scholorship or pay for the school yourself I will hold the money for you to have after you graduate

My Oldest graduated with her 4 year degree in 2 1/2 years with degrees in German, Finance and Economics, she got a Managment job with Deutche bank right out of college, later moved to Germany for a year and 1/2.

My youngest graduated in 3 years, with a music degree with honors.

My youngest got 3 scholorships, French Horn and Vocals from the University, and 1 from another private scholorship fund

She graduated, decided to live with her roommates for 2 more years.. then with the money we had and the money she had earned after college. she got nice 2 bedtroom 1000 Sqft home, and ~2 acers of land on the 00% down $0/month payment mortgage

Now, personally I am not sure they would have worked as hard if it was my money they were spending instead of theirs.

Indeed...

"the right wing looney tunes" are on a par with "the left wing looney tunes"...and THAT is the nation's problem. Why anyone needs to know...and interfere with...what goes on inside of someone else's head, wallet or underwear...is beyond me.

However...I am utterly CONVINCED that President Godot is out there, somewhere. I do NOT think this prospect will be from EITHER Reps or Dems.

We can only pray, wish or otherwise implore Ye Olde Fates to hurry up about it!
Thanks from tristanrobin and imaginethat
