International War Crimes Tribunal

The Bush Administration's Most Despicable Act - TIME

Bush Administration War Crimes in Iraq - SourceWatch

The United States of America was one of only 7 nations (joining China, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Qatar and Israel) to vote against the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court in 1998.

The Bush administration's hostility to the ICC has increased dramatically in 2002. The crux of the U.S. concern relates to the prospect that the ICC may exercise its jurisdiction to conduct politically motivated investigations and prosecutions of U.S. military and political officials and personnel. The U.S. opposition to the ICC is in stark contrast to the strong support for the Court by most of America's closest allies.

In an unprecedented diplomatic maneuver on 6 May, the Bush administration effectively withdrew the U.S. signature on the treaty. At the time, the Ambassador-at-large for War Crimes Issues Pierre-Richard Prosper stated that the administration was "not going to war" with the Court. This has proved false; the renunciation of the treaty has paved the way for a comprehensive U.S. campaign to undermine the ICC.

Bush and Cheney on 911 interviewed behind closed doors, refused to take an oath, refused to allow tape recordings and ensured no transcript be kept but they tell us (citizens) they can spy on who ever they choose. Tell Congress to do their job as they pledged to the American people and God to do! Indict this administration for TREASON! Remember any PEOPLE are responsible for the regime they are willing to put up with!

Time for Obama to do what BP does: put a lid on all that leakage. Sometimes the internet provides too much, if very little.

It makes me wonder if any courts-martial might come of this, Tad?

I am surprised that the generals, the president, and the other higher branches of the military didn't control this. Now I wonder if congress and the senate are going to hold more hearings over this.

KGB Agent - How To Brainwash A Nation

This amazing interview was done back in 1985 with a former KGB agent who was trained in subversion techniques. He explains the 4 basic steps to socially engineering entire generations into thinking and behaving the way those in power want them to. It's shocking because our nation has been transformed in the exact same way, and followed the exact same steps.

There is already a U.S. Army Specialist in Custody awaiting Court Martial for the leaking of a Video from Iraq... He could be related to this leak as well. All of these documents are openly available on SIPRNET.

Wrong again... You have some history to learn... I am at work so I don't have time for a full lesson, google "Khobar Towers"... It's a good start.

I wouldn't be surprised to the relation of the leak, Tad. And whoever owns or runs SIPRNET should delete those videos. In other words, the US shouldn't allow anyone not in the military and not involved in the Afghanistan war to see these videos.

If democrats don't push for trials against Bush and his admin, the republicans will do so against obama and his admin if they get the house.

Why? We, the people, are paying for that war...we should see what was done the first six years of it. If it is honorable, it will not matter. If it is criminal, it should be prosecuted.

Which would be a childish thing to do. If a GOP was in the WH, then the democrats would do the same. Easy targets, huh?
