Another Example of What a Mess the ME Is.

So, the Kurds have been arguably the most successful ante-Daesh fighters among ME contingents. By and large Turkey has been the most reasonable Muslim country in that area.

Then I read Turkey's air force hits IS and PKK in Syria and Iraq - BBC News.

Turkey attacks Daesh and Kurds.

Just fucking lovely.
Thanks from LongWinded and Hollywood

I think the Kurds and Turkey go back thousands of years in fighting. Most of these guys, do. There will never be peace. We need to get the heck outta the sand, know what I mean, Vern?

Turkey's behavior makes no sense. They have refused up to this point to allow the U.S. Air Force to operate out of their bases to attack ISIS. They have refused to fight ISIS themselves because they see ISIS as a hedge against the Kurds. Most importantly, they must be the country that allows ISIS access to and from the black market. Oil going to the black market and weapons and ammunition returning with the proceeds of that oil. Turkey is a member of NATO, believe it or not.

Now ISIS goes and kills a Turkish border security guard. They respond by allowing our Air Force access to their airbases. Now they inexplicably break a truce with the Kurds. If Turkey would only get their act together, ISIS would be threw.

Same Turks as their ancestors that did the Armenian genocide. Why should anyone expect any different? They want the Kurds under their thumb. But the administration refused to allow the Saudi's et al to aid the Kurds.

For your edification, threw is the past tense of throw, I'm sure you meant, to use the word through, meaning done or finished. But yes, Turkey sucks!
