Massive bombings in Cairo and Istanbul

Two days, one after another terrorists attack Egypt and Turkey.
Massive car bomb explodes in Cairo, wounding 6 police - Business Insider
The sense of crisis is rising rapidly in Turkey - Business Insider

The ISIS leaders recognized their responsibility for bombings. The situation in the Middle East is becoming more acute. The crisis is aggravating and the evidence of fighting ISIS is increasing.
While Turkey asks the world community help in straggling ISIS the US carries out unsanctioned by the UN Security Council air attacks which are inefficient.
Do you think the US with other world powers should introduce overwhelming program to eliminate the ISIS threat? Do you consider the world community to be responsible for peace in the Middle East?

That part of the world is the world record clusterfuck. Western powers definitely had a hand in creating it, but, their role in correcting it is extremely limited.

I think "other world powers" should address ISIS, with the US playing a back-up role if asked to do so.
Thanks from Hollywood

Could not have been too "massive" if only 6 people were wounded. *shrug*
