My views regarding judicial review are the opposite of yours. Mine are based on the actual record and the seperation of powers and checks.

As I stated, you have never read McCullough.

That's fine. I prefer to have our SC JUST and I mean JUST! Be the final decision for civil cases. But hey, I built that bridge already.

What should we do with all of these Carolinians? Telling them that the North won the war will only start a fist fight.

Let say that I didn't do any research on it. Using this fake super computer *tabulating* *tabulating* *tabulating*........

The results shows that I'm still right. The SC ruled in favor of a broad interpretation of general welfare.

And that's me not reading a single word from the case!!! I'm no scientist, but I think the earth revolves around the sun.

I only have a vague idea what tabulating means but think it means adding and subtracting. Are you a CPA?

Are you aware that we have the Bill of Rights? In that Bill of Rights are the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th Amendments that deal with criminal law regarding the federal government. This means the federal court system. This means that criminal appeals end up at the Supreme Court.

How do your views work with this?

What check does the Supreme Court have on the executive and legislative branch without judicial review?
