You drove The Penguins, nuts...huh??? I sure did. I didn't even mind the yardstick. I know (for sure) my 6th grade class caused one nun to quit the order......

You should be able to add lexical items to your spellchecker, so that it accepts them as correct. Look for an ADD function & follow the instructions. (You may get prompts to walk you through the process - it depends on what you're using for spellcheck, & it likely has an add function. The v. basic ones, though - you might be stuck. Still, it doesn't hurt to try ...)
There are so many homophones that it is useless. I could have spelled the first word in the previous sentence "their" and it wouldn't have corrected it, because there is such a word as their. It doesn't contain the LESS GUBMINT word "minarchy," so it changes it to "monarchy."

Nietzsche said about them, "God gets the women men don't want."

They weren't that useful; they never told me the trick of memorizing, "spelled as if sounded like___" For example, colonel is a homophone of kernel, but spelled like "colony" with el as the last syllable.
Thanks from Tony

He was playing with words AND thought it was a mathematical problem? Surely one or the other. I'm guessing he was just trying to be a smartarse.
