Just because you require some kind of invisible friend to provide you with purpose doesn't mean the rest of us do.

In fact as Einstein said, "“If people are good only because they fear punishment and hope for reward, then we are a sorry lot indeed.”

Penn Jillette also has an insightful quote on this, "The question I get asked by religious people all the time is, without God, what’s to stop me from raping all I want? And my answer is: I do rape all I want. And the amount I want is zero. And I do murder all I want, and the amount I want is zero. The fact that these people think that if they didn’t have this person watching over them that they would go on killing, raping rampages is the most self-damning thing I can imagine. I don't want to do that. Right now, without any god, I don't want to jump across this table and strangle you. I have no desire to strangle you. I have no desire to flip you over and rape you. You know what I mean?"

Bill Gates doesn't need a God to donate BILLIONS to causes to help his fellow man. Neither does Warren Buffett.

If a belief in God is the only thing keeping you from becoming some kind of sociopathic asshole who only thinks of himself, then by all means keep believing. For the vast majority of atheists we have no problems being good people without relying on some dictates from a fantasy sky daddy.
Why does Bill Gates desire to do good? It gives him a warm feeling?, maybe.

Just the same, wether his desire is good or evil, without God he's still a meat puppet.

Do you think God is real?
My position is agnostic. I see no evidence either proving nor discounting the existence of god(s).

This is an attempt to justify one belief with other beliefs...
Circular logic at its worst.

I recall one person (years ago) proclaiming that our earth's orbit was "perfect", claiming that if we would move either 100 miles closer or 100 miles farther away we would either burn up or freeze to death.
The ignorance being that with our elliptical earth orbit, there is actually a variance of 5 million kilometers between our closest approach to sun and furthest reach.

So, to get back to your claim, please justify your claims:
a) "we exist so perfectly"? What the heck does that mean to you?
b) "universe devoid of other life"? Kindly prove this claim.

This claim is a claim made of convenience.
Kind of like saying "God makes you special", but then there is absolutely no validation of what "special" means.

In the end, you're simply repeating your beliefs. To pretend they should be meaningful for others is myopic.

Please don't flatter yourself, and don't assume. I have full faith in and I'd argue evidence for the existence of a Creator. So your cute gotcha came up with thin air.

Factually speaking, the existence of the judeo-christian God cannot be scientifically proved nor disproved.

The statement:
Without God you, and everyone you know, is an animated meat puppet. There is no transcendent meaning to anything, and there is no greater purpose in life than serving your own desires.
You posted that in a thread entitled: Do you think God is real?

I repeat, it does nothing to establish the reality of the judeo-christian concept of God. I do agree with ya. People subjectively decide whether God is real.

Suppose somebody were to use your same specious claim and declare it's "humans and cows" which would just be meat bags without god.
Could you objectively show why they are wrong and it's just humans?

I profoundly appreciate when people can acknowledge what you just said because there are too many people who cannot acknowledge your statement as fact.
