Oh come on, have you seen the anchors on some of our news media stations? Half of Fox's viewers are probably perverts. The mother in the photo isn't feeding her child in a nurturing position imaginethat. This is nothing more then an attempt to push product.

To you, not to me. But, if Americans weren't so obsessed and conflicted about sex and nudity, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

I somewhat agree, but not when it involves a toddler.

As I noted, in Scandinavia, this would be a non-issue, even involving a toddler.

At the nude beach in Kiev, families were in attendance, and the children seemed unfazed by the nudity.

Many Americans would consider that "sick."

Americans are conflicted and obsessed with sex and nudity.

I wasn't sucking my mother's boob when I was 3 years old. And to answer your question

I would not do it because I am shy. There are many other things that I do not do because I am shy. That does not mean it is a big deal when someone else does it.

So it can be found on the Internet if anyone bothers to look. I still do not see the big deal. I know nursing a 3-year-old is not the norm. But it is not like it never happened before either.

I fail to understand why you are so incensed over this.

I am not making sweeping claims here. I am telling you that most women don't breastfeed beyond the age of two to three years, in America, where I live. The kid in the picture looks older than three.

Stay on topic gary. Eh, I wish I had breasts half her size.

I wish you did too

Isn't it what is up stairs is all that should count? Brains is beauty.

That's true.

But they would complement those pixie ears
Sure.........anyway what this magazine did was wrong. Breast feeding is fine but this poor child will be picked on for a long time. This was't a good idea and almost child abuse.
I doubt that many of his 3-year-old peers read Time Magazine.
No, for when he gets older. Would you have your son breast feeding at that age on T.V. or on the cover of a magazine?
There's a front page photo of me crapping behind a rock at the beach when I was 3.

Are you going to pay my way? Have you even been yourself? You don't have the right to make such arguments if you can't back them up LOL. Hey imaginethat, Martha Steward makes me dinner every night.
