Free Flow of Information Act good or not so good?

Knowing that this Act was sponsored by Senators Diane Feinstein and Dick Durbin and the exposure from the press and free lance internet writers that has damaged senator Feinstein over her voting to profit her husbands business ventures do you see the intent of this Act as a form of freeing up information or a threat to the present marketplace of ideas that in recent history has been greatly expanded by the internet.

It doesn't matter how it came about, it is that it's there!

I'm not sure what to think of it.
I'm kinda skimming, I only have a little bit of time right now. But I'm not sure if there's anything in there about withholding personal information.
Like uh, court case, not wanting people to know where you live. Or your mothers maiden name or something.
As far as I can tell though with my quick read, it doesn't sound that bad. As long as it doesn't go against our right to privacy.

We are the government. Obama, Reid, Pelosi and Bohener are OUR EMPLOYEES not our rulers.

Assange is an embarrassment to pretty much all Aussies. Just after he posted private conversations about the PM...he got busted and had to ask the Consulate for help. And that's why he's in the Ecuadorian Embassy...don't kid yourselves...
