It's a criticism of pacifism: you can't be 100% peaceful unless the world and everyone in it is perfect, which is obviously not the case.

In terms of inner peace, I think I've found it: I feel like I have a purpose - protecting my country and fighting for the promotion of the principles of the democratic world.
