That justifies it right there .

Here, it was on the ballot, and it 6%.
So now it's the law, there's a commission, setting up the regulations, and we go full recreational retail on July 1.
DTT brains are scrambled beyond all recognition and need shock therapy to get their minds right.

AND THERE'S the RUB for me. If alcohol is legal why not pot?? There are liquor stores so why not pot stores? There's money to be earned from liquor so why not MJ? AND what about jobs??

Poor states like Arizona could really benefit from more revenue. The boost would be great for the economy ALL over the U.S.

Here are three reasons why MJ should be legalized:
1) Polls have pretty consistently shown that a majority of the public wants marijuana to be legal. If indeed congress represents the majority--they should legalize pot at the federal level, paving the way for states.
2) Clinical data suggests pot can improve patient quality of life. Medical MJ is supported by over 90% of Americans because of this.
3) It's a new found source of revenue and jobs. Last year Colorado brought in 1 BILLION dollars in just 10 months. Is it any wonder that CO's economy is booming?? Jobs, housing, education, recreation, industry--all powering up.

For those who oppose legalization--how about tellling us why you oppose it.

It is legal, in the advanced, civilized world.
Sometimes I forget about the ignorant savages that still dominate parts of this country.
Coming from a place where 98% of the people have health insurance, same sex marriage has been the law since 2004, slavery has never been legal under our state constitution, the oldest constitution currently in effect in the world.
Where guns and gun deaths are rare, wages are high, unemployment is low, and the school system is the best in the country if not the world.

Pot is legal here, for fun.

Now in the parts of the country where Child Molestation is applauded, pot is not legal.
And you will notice the overlap, that people who support child molestation, also tend to hate women having rights, also tend to not believe global warming is caused by man, also tend to oppose people having health insurance unless they "deserve it", and tend to want the government to imprison people who smoke pot.

Everyone knows that pot makes white women lose all their self control and get an irresistible urge to be boinked by black men. And if you don't believe me just ask the majority of the old white men's club, better known as the GOP.

We may have to chain you down and force you to watch Reefer Madness over and over again until your thought processes improve.

Yes, it should be legalized and regulated like alcohol. That doesn't mean I use, or want to use, but it means that personal freedoms and responsibilities are very high on my list. If, and only if, an adult abuses his/her privileges should his/her rights be limited or revoked.

Yes....heavy breathing here. I can hardly contain my urges just thinking about your assertion. (Fanning myself now!)
