Why is a judge needed at the border if the Border Patrol catches them crossing and they have no proof of citizenship?

Awfully defensive and sensitive for a poster that's not a "Trump guy." *shrug*
Thanks from RNG

Oh, so you don't want the BP to take them into custody and process them?
What do you propose, a BP guy take each individual he physically catches and walk him/her back across the border?
How far across the border does one need to be to be subject to American law as due process, 10 feet, 10 yards, 10 miles, what?

Gosh, I guess introspection is out of the question.

LOL, I'm not defensive at all. The fact of the matter is that I asked YOU a question and you tried to turn the tables by trying to answer with a question. Not the way the game is played. You'll find I am not easily distracted, nor do I allow deflection.

What law did he break? Rump has one job, War in the ME. It's coming.

Just far enough away that it makes it almost impossible to find them. Which is what the busing did during the Obimbo administration. And it's what giving them a Court date does now. Stopping and turn them back at the border is the best solution.

Sure you are. You're anxiously trying to talk about things I never even said in some sort of attempt to minimize the impact of Trump's statement.
Where did I say that Trump broke a law?

LOL...YOU don't decide how the game is played.
YOU ALSO don't decide how many jobs Trump has or what their priority might be.

You're kind of dense aren't you? I do determine how I play the game, I asked you a question, you tried to answer with a question I won't let you do that.

What law did he break?
