What A 7-2 Right Leaning SC Would Mean To America

This thread is intended to sober up the far Left Boinie nuts who think that it's wise to think with their heart instead of their head by supporting an unelectable Independent Socialist. I have a whole list of things that a 7-2 Right leaning SC would mean to America but I'll start with three and go from there.

1) Roe v. Wade - GONE

2) What's left of the voting rights act - GONE

3) The EPA - RENDERED TOOTHLESS.

Roe v. Wade - GONE: Good riddance.

What's left of the voting rights act - GONE: Good riddance.

The EPA - RENDERED TOOTHLESS: Good. Now Congress will have to start making the laws again.

Citizens United - HERE TO STAY FOR A GENERATION: Good.

Workers rights - EVISCERATED: Good. Keeps the federal government in their place.

State Gerrymandering - REPUBLICANS WILL OWN THE HOUSE FOR A GENERATION: Irrelevant. Gerrymandering had nothing to do with the 2010, 2012, and 2014 election outcomes.
Thanks from caconservative and Jimgorn

The Boinie acolytes are as delusional as the far Right. Just pointing out what the potential costs of their foolishness could be. I'm not only calm, I'm laser focused.

Rather that blather mindlessly, do you take issue with any of the above six points that I've listed that would be the likely result of a 7-2 Right leaning SC ?

Cam,
I see what your saying, but consider this, this country is balanced on a razor's edge. Sure the GOP seems to have sewn up congress, but when the Bush Boy screwed the pooch, the backlash was enough to let the Democrats pass a health care bill, something they have been aiming at since FDR.

Dump Roe v. Wade, and the backlash would eviscerate the GOP majority.
Why do you think that every now and then when they actually pass a bill to restrict abortion, they always write it in a way that the courts will toss it before it takes effect, do you think that's a silly slip up?
In 12 years, less than half the electorate will be white, how much do you want to fuck with that non white portion? When the minorities were 10% or 20%, it made sense to pander to white racists. But in 2012, with a shaky economy that would have sunk previous administrations, the movie star good looks of Mitt Romney, weren't enough to beat Obama, because that minority vote was bigger than ever. And this year, it's even bigger than in 2012.

So the GOP may talk the talk during the primaries, but when push comes to shove, they will think long and hard about getting too much, too soon, and being locked out for decades as a result.
