Free Speech!!

The most baffling thing about the people—mostly liberals—who push for laws against "hate speech" is their apparent inability to imagine these bans backfiring. In their zeal to punish those who spread sexist, racist, transphobic, or otherwise unfashionable speech, they too often ignore the ways tools of censorship—including hate speech laws—are used to suppress religious, social, sexual, and political minorities around the world.-

There is nothing baffling about it. The Left is arrogant and believes that it will always be in power and will always be the one deciding how the tools of censorship are used.

Until one of your acolytes are inspired by said "free speech" to mow down a police officer, an Iraq War veteran and a mother at a clinic. Then your "free speech" comes with a mighty big price tag that others have to pay on your behalf. You just want "free stuff". Taker.
Thanks from coke and Lyzza

Its easy to find reasons for censorship. Its harder to stand up to it.

It's easy to discriminate against all Muslims, it's a lot harder to stand up to it.

So says the guy who can't cite a single case of anyone on the terrorist watch list filing suit on the grounds that they were denied their right to due process. That's how the system works Sparky.

FILE - In this Jan. 21, 2011 file photo, Gulet Mohamed, surrounded by family, speaks at Dulles International Airport in Chantilly, Va. A federal judge has rejected the U.S. government's effort to invoke its state-secrets privilege to quash a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of its No Fly List. Government lawyers had argued it would be impossible to adjudicate the case without exposing state secrets about the individual involved and the process used to place people on the list. Mohamed filed the suit in 2011 after he was denied boarding on a flight back to the U.S. from Kuwait. (AP Photo/Jacquelyn Martin, File)

McLEAN, Va. (AP) — A federal judge on Thursday rejected the U.S. government's effort to invoke its state-secrets privilege to quash a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of its No Fly List.
