Left versus Right. Dem versus Rep. Total BS

I can't believe some of the shit I read on these message boards. There are people here actually pinning left & right ideology against each other without any regard for what is important, the truth, world view or even what is best for the American people. You are more interested in your personal ideology being defended than anything positive happening.

3rd parties have not won a single electoral vote in over three decades in America! If you think we are a democracy and your vote counts for shit you couldn't be more wrong. If you vote democrat or republican you are part of the problem, not the solution. And we will continue down a reckless spiral where it doesn't matter what is truth, only what soundbite was the slickest.

This website should be called "Defending your Ideology" because truth has now become a point of view.

Kind of proves the point doesn't it. Clueless people in here trying to defend the ideology that has been the comfort in their lives.

He does have a point

I feel that our political system has been monopolized by the two major parties at times, and that we should give minor parties more representation in debates and such... but with an ignorant voting base often on BOTH sides, it scares me a little. Im not a registered anything but I support a minor party on some views as I do a major party on some views, I just wish there were more oppertunities for minor parties to get out into the public.

Exactly Fandy. Google "Proportional Representation" for a possible cure.

Proportional representation is no better. What happens when you don't have a majority, you have this party cutting deals with this party to form one. Hey you vote for my legislation, and I'll vote for yours. And no one is represented.
