Trump will be the first foreign leader to dine in Forbidden City, and that speaks volumes of the respect that they are bestowing upon him if you look at it in a rational way instead of being so focused on hating anything and everything Trump.
Gee, what does it matter? No matter how much the average Chinese Communist might love Trump they can't vote in our elections, so who gives a shit?
And I can!

See, again the TDS hysteria.

Trump is not on a campaign tour, we're talking about geopolitical matters involving trade negotiations and China's role in NK nuclear proliferation, not to mention all the regional squabble over South China Sea. Having the Chinese leader that is friendly is better than having one that is hostile.

You and others have been preaching how Trump is hated by the ROTW and all the gloom and doom that will befall this country. Now that China is showing to be friendly, all of a sudden.......it doesn't matter anymore

That sir, is TDS at it's finest.

What hysteria? Cool calm and quite logical fact.
You people think you can discredit or marginalize a view simply by calling is "hysteria" or giving it a cute acronym? How silly!
China is going to do what it thinks best for China, period.
Comment on what I actually say and NOT what you THINK I "really mean" or what you THINK I support because you have labeled me "a liberal."

He gets all excited because a bunch of little kids were ordered to stand and wave a flag.

He gets all excited because the population there know that protesters just sort of disappear.

He gets all excited because he gets treated royally in the Forbidden City.

Xi played him like a cheap fiddle and all of a sudden it's "well, I understand China arranging trade to advantage themselves". And "well, maybe I won't be making any threats about China's trade with NK".

And of course he falls for praise and adulation every time. He can't even consider that it is all fake to achieve an end.

And it was done very successfully, too.
Thanks from imaginethat and Hollywood

“Obama goes around signing executive orders,” Trump said in February 2016. “He can't even get along with the Democrats. He goes around signing all these executive orders. It's a basic disaster. You can't do it.”

Huh?

In his first 100 days, President Trump and congressional Republicans have repeatedly employed a once rarely used power granted to Congress to nullify rules recently adopted by federal agencies.

Enacted in 1996, the Congressional Review Act gives Congress 60 legislative days to revoke rules with the help of the president. Before this year, it had only been used once; since Mr. Trump took office, lawmakers have used it to reverse 14 Obama-era rules.

Below are the rules being challenged, and the status of each repeal effort, based on data compiled by Curtis W. Copeland, a former senior staff member at the Congressional Research Service.

A rhetorical question is a question that you ask without expecting an answer. The question might be one that does not have an answer. It might also be one that has an obvious answer but you have asked the question to make a point, to persuade or for literary effect.
