So....continue--about circumventing the constitution, Sabcat. Your statement is fascinating.
Well, you see a number of trumps eos were just reversing many of drone-bombers eos...so...?

Man, that is quite a list of criminals you posted there though. It is sad how short the memory is of the american public. A couple war criminals and an alleged rapist.

That is ripe from the poster who consistently refuses to back up their statments and has been cought lying multiple times on here.

To uses your own words "choose whatever source you please"

Choose whatever news source you please. The verdict was covered by a broad range of news outlets. No need to pardon an un-convicted criminal.........

Pardoning Scooter Libby is Trump's swampiest decision

Are you saying that none of the other presidents used EOs to reverse previous EOs??

Yes, Trump is an alleged rapist. Thanks for pointing that out.

Did anyone, and how would we know? If it happened, the Zionists seem most likely. Without killing off those who live in the Middle East, how will they advance the Three-and-a-Half Reich?

Sorry for the hijack.... I'll stop.
I thought you of all people would see the intentional hyperbole for effect.

The support for going to war was pretty damn strong, because Saddam was a "bad guy" so it had be true. They "believed" that he had them, and it was only afterwards that "oops, we never said we confirmed it beyond any doubt". That is exactly what happened also over this gas attack thing.

The cooler heads were overwhelmed and Congress overwhelmingly voted for war, same thing in the British Parliament.

People are still trying to walk back their positions from 2002. And news stories are still talking about what they now termed "flawed information" about Saddam and Iraq.

This is what makes me sick of watching "news" programming today! No proof has been offered yet that there was a gas attack to begin with.

In a post I made yesterday about Robert Fisk's report in the UK Independent, Fisk notes that he has been interviewing and talking to the people..including doctors, who stayed/not the jihadis, their white helmet reconnaisance operators or allies, BUT those who stayed behind either don't believe there was a poison gas attack, or that it didn't effect them where they were. One of the doctors (who had a working ability in English) told Fisk that it was more likely the dust and harmful aerosols in the tunnels that caused breathing difficulties. Two Arabic-speaking reporters for RT found the family who's 11 year old son was taken to the clinic and shown in a White Helmet video having water dumped over his head along with several others. The boy appeared healthy afterwards, and again, his mother and father don't believe he was endangered by a gas attack or should have been taken to the clinic to begin with!

So, what have we got here? A US White House official is complaining that it will take too long to get a full report from the OPCW and want to continue bombing Assad's forces to help out US-sponsored Islamists to keep the Civil War going! If nothing comes of this, there will be no 2nd thought, just onward to chase the next squirrel declared to be the Big, Breaking News. I just hope the OPCW is as thorough and unbiased as advertised. They didn't seem to spend much time in Douma or talk to many witnesses there..I hope it's not one of these situations where the conclusions have already been structured, and the report is made when the best pathway to the desired conclusion is ready!
Thanks from imaginethat and iolo

What's worse in my view, is that all the people who were wrong and pushed the WMD story and the Iraq Invasion failed upwards! Nobody, not even Cheney or Rumsfeld were prosecuted, and the media allies who gave the public false information similarly failed upwards after a brief hiatus/ while the reporters and pundits who were skeptical of the WMD claims had their careers cut short.

So, my takeaway is whenever someone in government or one of their political backers says "trust us, we have the evidence," show me the evidence first before you demand my trust ever again!

Opposition to the invasion based on sound logic and evidence was substantial, but largely ignored by the press. Not entirely. The Bush Administration played to everyones' fears, as it bowed down to the Saudis and Zionists.
Simply stated, there is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction; there is no doubt that he is amassing them to use against our friends, against our allies, and against us.
And:
"We've also discovered through intelligence that Iraq has a growing fleet of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles that could be used to disperse chemical and biological weapons across broad areas. We're concerned that Iraq is exploring ways of using these UAVs for missions targeting the United States."
And:

That video is sickening, just as everything in it was at the time.
