First let's define racist: a person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other races, or who believes that a particular race is superior to another.

Donald Trump fits the later statement and I'm not sure it's because he's white. More than likely it's because wealthy AND white. Trump has a weird obsession with the superiority of his own genes in the face of all evidence to the contrary.
Trump has a long history of racism. This is not just opinion. His housing discrimination court cases go back to the 70s. Trump was in his 20s at that time. Rather than work with the government, Trump hired a notorious attorney and started a legal war. As we all know, Trump never backs down--never apologizes---never. Still doesn't, even when he knows he's wrong and even when the courts say he's wrong.
Trump ended up complying with federal regulations.

Next in the Trump record on race came a 1991 book by John O’Donnell, who had been president of Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. Trump is quoted as saying he hated black guys counting his money. Quote: "Besides that, I tell you something else. I think that’s guy’s lazy. And it’s probably not his fault because laziness is a trait in blacks.”

In 1993, during a congressional hearing, about a gambling casino, Trump made remarks about Indians. No black or Hispanic executive has ever played a prominent public role in the Trump business organization. During his presidential campaign, Trump constantly referred to "the blacks", then followed that up with "I'm the least racist person on earth."
He has mocked Jews, Chinese (broken English), and Mexicans.

So there's only one answer for your question Trump racist?? Hell yes.

The link you provided is bogus. Trump sued Palm Beach for the right to sub-divide Maralago---not just because the private club denied membership to Jews and Blacks. Trump would appeal to end certain restrictions—affecting noise and traffic, etc.—that had been part of his agreement with the council for approval of his club. The council agreed to drop only three restrictions—the ban on photography at the club, a requirement for advance reservations to use certain facilities, and a requirement that Trump put 10 percent of room-rental revenues into a fund for restoring the estate—his lawyer circulated a copy of a new lawsuit against the town. Trump sued the airport for noise. Trump sued Palm Beach so he could fly a bigger flag. Most of these lawsuits were frivolous.
The club did allow Jews and Blacks, but probably because it was more for Trump's personal monetary gains.

Trump may be an egotist but, I've yet to hear him say anything racist. Unless, of course, you want to take his words out of context. Which seems to be your forte.
Thanks from Sensible
