Man charged with assaulting Paul at senator's home

Now dammit, Rand Paul is a bright light in a party of dim bulbs. I predict two things.

The assailant is not a liberal.

The assailant is a Trump supporter.

I mean, look. He's got that I'm a Trump supporter look.

BG man charged with assaulting Paul at senator's home

A Bowling Green man was arrested Friday and charged with fourth-degree assault after an incident at the Bowling Green home of U.S. Sen. Rand Paul.

Rene Boucher, 59, is in the Warren County Regional Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond, according to online jail records available Saturday afternoon.

Paul suffered minor injuries, according to a news release from Kentucky State Police Post 3 in Bowling Green.

Kelsey Cooper, Paul's Kentucky communications director, issued a statement to the Daily News indicating that "Senator Paul is fine."

"Senator Paul was blindsided and the victim of an assault," Cooper said in an email. "The assailant was arrested and it is now a matter for the police.Ф

I know you love Ron Paul IT. We /pol/acks have a history with him as well. I think It's sad that he didn't win but I also understand now the way the winds of change were blowing.

But I think we can both agree that little Rand is not the future. Neither is this dipshit who hit him, but then again, ones a useful idiot, and ones an ideologue who can't see the forest for the trees. He is his father's son, for better or for worse. I can at least respect him in that regard.

Like his dad, Rand is pretty much good to go re: his word. That quality has all but disappeared in public figures and public life, and to a lesser degree disappeared from private life.

It seems odd to me your calling out Rand as an ideologue who can't see the forest for the trees. It's a position that assumes as given that you can see the forest for the trees.

Like his dad, I support Rand because of his character. I don't agree with his politics across the board.

The Pauls might have a little more than a touch of alien genetics. They've definitely got a touch.

No, I'm not saying him being an ideologue is a bad thing. There's nothing wrong with a man who has principles. But there is something wrong with a man who can't morally compromise. We've got things we've got to see come to pass. You have to be able to do whatever is necessary, and the reality is that Rand is just not useful to us in that regard.

Don't misunderstand. I don't like Donald Trump personally or anything, in fact im sure the Pauls are cut from a much finer moral cloth than he. But I dont need good men. Not now anyways. I need men who will do what I need them to do. And isn't DJT just the best in that regard? The gift that keeps on giving. The issue is that you're still thinking of the world normally, not realizing that 5 player 4D chess is being played. DJT is certainly not the king. Not even the queen. Maybe a Knight at best. Plans within plans you see. I told you before that anyone who thought Donnie was the magnum opus of our manipulations was a fool, didn't I? Don't worry though, old friend. We're not evil. Not even malicious. Just cunning. I think our success is not only inevitable, but also desirable. It might not make sense to people at the moment, but there is an end goal in mind.

I admire Ron Paul and Trump. I don't think Trump has anything to do with this.

A blind Donald follower. What are you, a disgruntled Gen X'er out of work? Or a dipshit from The_Donald? You can't seriously think Trump is the end goal of everything.

Internalized racism is loosely defined as the internalization by people of racist attitudes towards members of their own ethnic group, including themselves.[1] This can include the belief in ethnic stereotypes relating to their own group. In her study The Psychology of Racism, Robin Nicole Johnson writes that this definition does 'not provide a sense of the complexities or dynamics of racism', and proposes the definition be 'an individual's conscious and unconscious acceptance of a racial hierarchy in which whites are consistently ranked above People of Color'.[2] This definition is notable in that it does not take a 'colorblind' approach to racism, and articulates an uneven power dynamic between white and non-white people.
