It certainly is now, but nobody in US history has blown taxpayer money as foolishly as Trump's administration. $40,000 for a "cone of silence" in Pruitt's office, 21 man security detail when traveling and only 1st class travel for Pruitt on top of that, over $1500 was spent by Pruitts office on a dozen FOUNTAIN pens. What is this, the year 1825? The retarded Ben Carson blowing $30,000 on a dining set for his office. The idiot Zinke spent $139,000 on doors.

Why show any restraint? They have a compliant, gutless GOP Congress that certainly won't call them out on it.

100+ billion dollars to Chrysler and GN to prevent bankruptsy (Feb 2009)

Chrysler and GM enter Chapter 11 bankruptsy on June 1 2001 less than 4 months later

90 Billion toward Green Energy companies, that failed.

Nuff said.

Wow. Evidently, a time machine has been invented. In Feb. 2009, Chrysler and GM receive $100+ billion to prevent bankruptcy, and then, wouldn't you know it? On June 1, 2001, both enter Chap. 11 bankruptcy.

GW initially called for the bailouts, announcing a $17.4 billion package on Dec. 19, 2008.

Chrysler entered bankruptcy in April 2009. GM followed in May.

It's your lack of emphasis on details that invalidates much of what you post, and sets you up beautifully to be a Trump supporter. Trump counts on his supporters being slack on appreciating details.

This is not inconsistent, Trump hasn't opened the letter, yet he finds it fascinating.
Up until now, letters were what other kids got in military school.

He's fascinated, and he doesn't want to ruin it, he wants to savor the experience, first he wants to contact all kids that were in his dorm, to tell them that he got a letter, and they didn't....

You seem unaware of the fact that Chrysler and GM both repaid their loans, WITH INTEREST, 5 years before the loans were due. In other words, the US Government MADE A PROFIT OFF THAT DEAL. Note how I actually provided links to legit news sources.

Regarding Green Energy companies: they are putting the coal/nuke plants out of business, so how was that a "fail"?

Oh great, under Trump the U.S. is to turn into one of those 3rd world shithole countries where bribery and corruption is the norm, to be expected and certainly not called out.

How many things have you received in the mail and think "That is interesting" before you opened it.

I'll bet you get letters from foreign leaders all the time and they sit unopened on the kitchen table for weeks....

The point is, if I get get something I think is interesting, I open right away, if you got something you thought was interesting, wouldn't you open it?
Thanks from Hollywood
