I agree. It seems more practical and expedient that something of this nature should be policed internally and not involve the law and the courts. That's what civil liability is for. State oversight is a bit of an overkill.

Many in nursing homes lack the capacity to fend for themselves. Ther are particularly vulnerable to a whole list of abuses.

There is now reports that the CA. Legislature is working on a bill to tax "drinking water". Air will soon fallow.

San Francisco, the beacon of Liberal thought, will not allow the building of housing for the poor. I suppose it's good for other cities but not San Francisco. Liberal thought is fine and dandy until it comes time to pay for it, and contend with it.

Warrent language laws? Imo there must be documented instances.

To me this sounds like a smokescreen to this on the books.
