Moscow To Fine Unlicensed Missionaries

"Ordinary believers face fines for sharing their faith with strangers in the metro or on the street under amendments drafted by the Justice Ministry that are stirring worries among Protestant groups about a clampdown on religious freedom... "The Russian Orthodox Church is among the initiators of this bill because it sees a danger for itself from other faiths."

Thus....We the PEOPLE/STATES, drafted a very clear and unambiguous mandate into the United States Constitution, PROHIBITING "THE FEDERAL CONGRESS/GOVERNMENT" from MAKING "ANY LAW" in the establishment of religion. Such was not a mandate against religion in government AT THE STATE AND LOCAL LEVEL .....as the "freedom OF" religion is included in the language...not the "freedom FROM" religion. While the language specifically details the fact that it is ONLY CONGRESS which is prohibited from making LAW in relation to religion...not the states who DRAFTED the 1st to LIMIT the power and scope of BIG BROTHER. The PEOPLE/STATES feared that a CENTRAL CHURCH would be established, the same as they had just fled in EUROPE....having only ONE religious STATE CHURCH.

It was a SOCIALLY LIBERAL SCOTUS appointed by KING ROOSEVELT that OPINED the establishment clause to incorporate upon local and state governments...by what? CHANGING THE INTENT OF THE 1st amendment to stop BIG BROTHER FROM DOING JUST AS YOU DESCRIBED.....they MADE NEW LAW at the FEDERAL LEVEL not by legislation but rather by OPINION only...circumventing the PEOPLE's proxy...the legislative branch and "MANDATED" OR ESTABLISHED one centrally mandated faith....HUMAN SECULARISM upon the entire nation...AS THAT IS THE ONLY RELIGION that is allowed to be practiced in ALL GOVERNMENTS, all thanks to a feigned "LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF THE FIRST.

It would take an idiot not to see....the PEOPLE/STATES have the freedom to practice any religion they wish...WITHOUT INTERFERENCE/ESTABLISHMENT of ONE FAITH by BIG BROTHER....THE RELIGION OF THE HUMAN MIND...AKA SECULARISM AS THE PREFERRED FAITH OF COMMUNISM.

There is NO WALL OF SEPARATION written anywhere in the Constitution or following amendments...such a wall was not established until Feb. 10, 1947...via LIBERAL OPINION, by referencing WORDS NOT FOUND IN THE CONSTITUTION but personal letters of ONE FOUNDING FATHER addressed to comfort a BAPTIST PREACHER that feared the Federal Government would mandate ONE RELIGION over another as a NATIONAL RELIGION.

Thus...SCOTUS themselves, broke the LETTER and INTENT of the 1st amendment by doing what was prohibited.....making a LAW by OPINION at the federal level in consideration of RELIGION. While totally IGNORING the 10th amendment...which clearly prohibits SCOTUS from using WORDS other than those which are actually found already existing in the constitution or FEDERAL LAW.....the 10th clearly defines those words that were used by SCOTUS....not found in the constitution or FEDERAL LEGISLATION, e.g, the private letter, as belonging to WE THE PEOPLE/STATES....not SCOTUS to OPINE NEW LAW and incorporate such upon all STATES without 'REPRESENTATION" via proxy of their congress criters...aka CONGRESSMEN.

If you want to see a CONSTITUTION that does include the words....SEPARATION OF STATE AND CHURCH, simply read the constitution of the USSR. No such words are found in the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION OR FOLLOWING AMENDMENTS.

1. What?

2. You know the article is talking about the Russian government possibly fining missionaries for evangelizing right? Hasn't a thing to do with the United States.

In fact, the Russian Orthodox Church, which enjoys a cozy relationship with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and President Dmitry Medvedev, is one of the forces behind the bill, Soldatov told The Moscow Times. “The Russian Orthodox Church is among the initiators of this bill because it sees a danger for itself from other faiths,” Soldatov said.

No....but it sure hell has a lot to do with attempting to BLAME RELIGION for the practice of some COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT...the exact same tatics used in 1947 by the communists of this nation to BUILD a wall that did not exist before it was OPINED by the liberal communists. And BTW...if you are talking about LIBERALISM...SECULARISM...etc. You are talking about MOTHER RUSSIA and the "collective".

Well yea, you can blame a religion in this case. You have the Russian Orthodox Church trying to get the government to fine missionaries who promote the Protestant faith or any others that aren't sanctioned by the State.

Only you are talking about communism, liberalism, and secularism. I'm talking about a religion's influence in government and state law.
