Now, that was a hypothetical, however, it is actually what happens (or, always has the potential to happen). Actually, it could even happen with a girlfriend one has had (and trusted) for a long time, as guys are always vulnerable to this policy.

If you are for 'gender equality', then how does that not piss you off?

What about mattress girl?

f you haven’t heard of the “mattress girl,” it’s not for lack of trying among liberal opinion-shapers. Emma Sulkowicz, who dragged a blue mattress around Columbia University’s campus in 2014 to dramatize her plight as a rape victim, was profiled sympathetically in New York magazine, the New York Times, and other publications. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D., N.Y.) invited her to attend one of President Obama’s State of the Union speeches. Artnet pronounced her mattress stunt (for which Columbia awarded her course credit as an art project) “one of the most important art works of the year,” and she was honored by the Feminist Majority Foundation and other groups.

@Sabcat

I am familiar with the 'mattress girl'. It says the Duke Lacrosse case happened in 2006, so I suppose I would have been too young then to know what is going on.

Yeah.. it wasn't a shot just that those two cases come up (or at least should) frequently when researching the subject.

@Sabcat

If a girl is found to be lying (not mistaken about what constitutes 'sexual violence', but outright lying), then counter-charges should be brought up for slander & character assassination, ect. (whatever the correct technical term(s) may be).

If the Male is drunk, does that mean the Female date Raped him?

If being sober is a requirement.

@TNVolunteer73

No, it only goes the other way.

Actually, to be clear, it only goes one way in a normal 'alcohol intoxicated' range (1 beer through how much one can handle before being quite dangerous level intoxicated). However, if the guy is passed-out level 'drunk', that would count--though, note, that actually is legitimately rape. For girls, the standard is much, much lower (i.e. 1 beer or above essentially anytime in the last 8-12 hours or so, the girl is given the benefit of the doubt if she states 'alcohol was involved')
