You are ignorant. You are a liar. Full stop.

No--because it is not accurate. As I stated previously, we now have at least one self-admitted bully of this kid moralizing to the nation that particular guns she does not like are the culprit here.
Then you are being completely dishonest and any further attempts to discuss this topic with you rationally would be pointless.

@Clara

In order to conform with DTT policy, proper designation for your posts belongs in the "Political Humor" sub-forum.

Obviously, as women, we should have NO opinions. As a teacher, I know NOTHING AT ALL about bullying, school policy, counseling or safety issues. You, as a continuing education student, know NOTHING because....again...all you can offer is distraction. LOL
ikr, how annoying is that?

The difference is that I realize this is a complex issue with a number of different factors that need to be discussed. You, on the other hand, want to ignore the issue about guns so you set up a strawman to deflect away from it.
Thanks from RNG and Camelot

@Nwolfe

Are you attempting to claim there is not scientific research linking extreme social rejection with suicidal/homicidal tendencies and school shootings--thus, making this case highly predictable?
Thanks from Jimgorn

I think he is saying that AR-15s and 30 round magazines cannot be ignored in this story. Doctors in the ER claimed that they have never experienced such extensive gun shot injuries before. Trying to monitor every kid in america that has been bullied will never solve this problem.

@Camelot

I understand your point here, though then the matter becomes about far, far more restrictive gun regulations--as a shotgun, for instance, would obviously do similar extensive damage (at minimum). Then, that really does become a matter of recalling/withdrawing massive amounts of guns from the population. If that is the position people are pushing for, then be honest about it so that a genuine conversation can occur.
Thanks from Jimgorn

I have been consistent in calling for the re-implementation of the assault rifle ban and limiting magazines to 10 bullets. I cannot speak for anyone else. I believe that we will never be able to stop mass shooters in schools and other locations. I think limiting the damage done by these shootings should be a priority. In Las Vegas the shooter killed 58 and wounded 800 from a block away and many stories up in the casino. That kind of firepower is unconscionable on the streets of america IMO.
