The principle this country was founded on is that the people could make it whatever they wanted to make it, nothing is written in stone, nothing is permanent, it can all be changed, if the people want to change it.
Learn what the principles of the Constitution are and check back.

Way more conservatives are against legalizing prostitution that liberals, if that's what you are getting at.

The game usually goes a post or two and you hit a wall and start with posts like this because you do not know the difference between a nation state and a compact between states.

And then Jimmy does his "hit the wall" monkey dance, because once again he's stymied, and his silly word game is just making him look silly...as jimmy sets about destroying the straw man he set up (the difference between words he introduced and no one else has used), and ignores the salient points of the thread...that the US constitution can be changed to be whatever the people want it to be.
Thanks from coke

Learn the difference between a nation state and the compact between states. And it would not hurt to learn that there are two methods of amending the Constitution and neither were intended for "whatever the people want it to be": refer back to a compact between the states once you understand what that means.

Ya hit the wall again, huh Jimmy, do these silly word games work anywhere?

I'll bet they work good at bible school, huh?

Can the constitution be amended to change the ways it can be amended?
Can the constitution be amended to make the US into a nation state?

And while we play silly word games is the United States a nation?

And is the President the Head of State?
Thanks from coke

It would be beneficial if you learned what the word "state" meant in the 18th century. That way you just might understand the meaning of the term "United States": the compact between the states.

You may want to start with Article 1 of the The Definitive Treaty of Peace 1783.
Thanks from coke
