Justice Triumphs!

Judge vacates Tom Brady's suspension, because it's a crock of shit, OK!

Seriously, the judge tossed the suspension as being a violation of the agreement between the NFL and the Players Association.

Here?s why Judge Berman sided with Tom Brady - Patriots - Boston.com

And just as quickly, the NFL appealed. I mean, does this mean the players now rule the game? If so, the NFL is going to go downhill quickly.

The process wasn't fair, the contract requires that the arbitration process be fair.
I can't see another judge ruling against that finding.

The Pats have been getting away with being cheaters for a loooong time. And the NFL needs to change their policies and have clear, enforceable regulations with clearly defined consequences if they are broken. You know how many of the other owners were behind Goodall on this and not the Patriots? That's because of the fact that Belichick is such a cheating P.O.S..But boy has it profited the Pats entire org. SMDH....

Bill Belechick is the greatest coach in the history of football.
He has produced a dynasty, in a time when the rules of the game are all supposed to make dynasties impossible.

In the past a great team would come together, and have some great years, and then as people retired and moved on the team would become mediocre, and miss the playoffs for decades.
Belechick has managed to win, and as the team changes, and as other teams get the best draft picks, Belechick has managed to put together winning teams, when Drew Bledsoe went down, Belechick lead the team to the SuperBowl with backup quarterback, Tom Brady, even when Brady went down 7 minutes into the season, Belechick went 11-5 with his backup quarterback.

Cheating? Are you saying that the Patriots cheated against the Colts?
The score was 45-7, and the Colts never showed up for the game.
The Patriots beat Seattle in the SuperBowl, there wasn't any cheating there was there?

Yes, Bilichick lol is a cheater and not the greatest coach ever. Once you are caught cheating, that throws much shade on any perceived greatness.

And it will haunt the Patriots all year long.

But I predict, the referees will hand them the victory for the 50th super bowl and that will officially be the end of football; many people will boycott games and cities will revolt in paying for their expensive stadiums.
