It is no secret that print journalism went Socialist/Communist more than a century ago. Television’s billions of tax deductible advertising dollars gave media Socialists a new purpose, and that purpose is to promote loyalty and obedience to a government that pays them. In order to achieve their objective they have to make perverts, liars, drunks, and crooks in government look like decent human beings. The public turning on the scum in government is the first step toward turning a free people against Socialism’s form of democracy.

Democracy is big government, and, by extension, big global government. If you doubt it, take a good look at TV every day and you will see that media devotes countless hours to convincing Americans that they live in a democracy. Media mouths, politicians, and just about everybody else who appears on TV talks about “our democracy” as though it is settled government.

Bottom line: The survey in this entire article is horseshit telling readers crap they already know. Note that there is no mention of the incomes that make journalists tilt to port:

Financial journalists lean just as far left as the rest of the news media, according to a new study by researchers at the Arizona State University and Texas A&M University.
The survey of 461 financial journalists across the United States shatters the longstanding perception that the world of financial journalism is less biased and contains more conservatives than political journalism. Of the journalists surveyed, 58.47 percent described themselves as “very liberal” or “somewhat liberal,” while 37.12 percent claimed to be moderate.
A mere 0.46 percent of those surveyed said they consider themselves “very conservative,” and only 3.94 percent described themselves as “somewhat conservative.”
That means there are 13 liberal or left-leaning financial journalists for every one conservative.
The researchers noted, “Our cross-sectional tests indicate liberal journalists are more likely to say it’s important that financial journalism promotes social or economic justice, which suggests that political persuasion impacts business reporting.”
More than 70 percent of those surveyed were affiliated with The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg News, The Associated Press, Forbes, The New York Times, Reuters, and The Washington Post.
According to a 2014 survey, just 7 percent of reporters across the wider media landscape identified as Republican, while 28.1 percent identified as Democrat, a 4:1 Democrat to Republican ratio.
The Center for Public Integrity released an analysis during the 2016 presidential election showing that more than 96 percent of journalists’ political donations went to Hillary Clinton’s campaign over Donald Trump.

Why Liberals Are More Intelligent Than Conservatives
Liberals think they’re more intelligent than conservatives because they are
Incidentally, this finding substantiates one of the persistent complaints among conservatives. Conservatives often complain that liberals control the media or the show business or the academia or some other social institutions. The Hypothesis explains why conservatives are correct in their complaints. Liberals do control the media, or the show business, or the academia, among other institutions, because, apart from a few areas in life (such as business) where countervailing circumstances may prevail, liberals control all institutions. They control the institutions because liberals are on average more intelligent than conservatives and thus they are more likely to attain the highest status in any area of (evolutionarily novel) modern life. To bill sands: True, but not everyone forces their bias on the world:

It has been my experience that Lefties who would silence someone else’s opinion deceive themselves into believing that their own view is a universal truth rather than an opinion based upon their own personal bias. The fun begins when idiots express opinions. An idiot’s opinion remains the opinion of an idiot; it does not take on weight because it is said on television or in cyberspace.

Gullibility Is Addiction’s Prime Move

To bill sands: Your facts are opinion not supported by Socialism’s track record.

and besides whats so bad about socialism.. i love it
To bill sands: Then you love must murder, brutality, and violence:

There's a growing movement to build a memorial to Communism's dead on the National Mall, so that the current generation of Americans are made aware of the true nature of a philosophy that has justified the murder of at least 100 million people in the last 100 years.
A Victims of Communism Memorial is desperately needed as milennials have no connection with America's bi-partisan, anti-Communist past.

To bill sands: Nice try tying democratic ideals to Socialism.

Under no circumstance will I ever vote for a Democrat —— about 7 or 8 years ago I began calling it the Democrat Party because I refuse to associate Democrats with democratic ideals.

Greetings To Everyone

Socialists claim they want to acquire political power by peaceful means, but they will turn this country into a bloody battlefield before they relinquish control over children. Am I exaggerating? I do not think so. There is not a religion in the world whose devotees would not turn to violence rather than see ‘the children’ lost to another religion. Socialists are controlling children not their own, but they will turn to violence as a last resort in order to hang onto the children as though they were their own kids.

p.s. These two articles are not for you. I included them for readers who have not been poisoned by Socialism’s failed ideology:

If society understood the reality of collectivism instead of the promise of collectivism then their support for collectivism would vanish. The elite globalist leaders selling collectivism know this to be true and so they have had to rebrand collectivism as Globalism. Songs are written about globalism - John Lennon’s classic song “Imagine” is the globalist anthem. The successful marketing of collectivism requires the names to change from already rejected Communism and faltering Socialism (think Venezuela) to the promise of a New World Order renamed GLOBALISM that disingenuously pledges social justice and income equality.
Globalism is the new word for the old lie about collectivism - that surrendering individual rights and national sovereignty will deliver social justice and income equality.

Where socialism is not established, socialists of course villainize the country’s current antithetical leadership. They do that mostly because vilifying that leader is a perfect means of unifying the rabble that will help the most politically cunning ‘socialists’, to take power.

I like media bias. It's the only way to find out what each corporation/site stands for....and most of the time it doesn't take long. Just looking at the photos we can tell which side of the aisle they stand on. Black and white. Easy.
It's like racism. Sometimes we know IMMEDIATELY whether someone IS or ISN'T racist and whether I stay or walk away from a relationship.

i tend to look for a source with my biases that i agree with but within reason.. there ar limits i want to see them provide evidence so i can provide evidence for what i beleive.. i want them to play devils advocate and refute arguments in a logical way..if its just a rant or an ideologicla spew i begin to suspect that maybe i cant support my view either i foten read the econmist i have a subscrition so i read it every week it is socailly liberal and fiscally conservative and about as unbieased as is possible it is highly regarded by all sides for it obejctivity and credibility often its pro capitalist slant rubs me the wrong way, but i like to see the stats they use.. this is the best economic ystem because of gnp per capita life expectancy disposable income blah blah even those they are consevative they were quite positive on the nordc model because objecyively they felt t was a model that produced good results.. so i dont just want a source i agree with.. i want a socurce that will provide credible data to prove a postion even if it is not the one i prefer..i try to force myself to see the other side becuse i do realize.. just because i feel something is good or right doesnt make it so.. i need to look for facts REAL FACTS The Economist
"The Economist was founded in 1843 by James Wilson, a British businessman who objected to heavy import duties on foreign corn. Mr Wilson and his friends in the Anti-Corn Law League were classical liberals in the tradition of Adam Smith and, later, the likes of John Stuart Mill and William Ewart Gladstone. This intellectual ancestry has guided the newspaper’s instincts ever since: it opposes all undue curtailment of an individual’s economic or personal freedom. But like its founders, it is not dogmatic. Where there is a liberal case for government to do something, The Economist will air it. Early in its life, its writers were keen supporters of the income tax, for example. Since then it has backed causes like universal health care and gun control. But its starting point is that government should only remove power and wealth from individuals when it has an excellent reason to do so."

So the people who are exposed to the actual events that make up the news in the real world are overwhelmingly liberal....
Why do you think that actual real knowledge of the actual events promotes a Liberal viewpoint?
