It was a PROPOSAL, immediately rejected by the Kennedy administration. *shrug*
Yeah, that's just what you know of. Imagine what you don't. Imagine what will never be declassified in our lifetimes. Things so heinous that they believe the public should NEVER find out.

If you're u trust agencies that literally do shit like MKULTRA, you're a damn fool.

No shit. So why are you talking about a PROPOSAL his administration deep-sixed 57 years ago?
Are you implying that Trump is such a disloyal POS that HIS administration would NOT reject such a proposal?
Bush's administration didn't reject 9/11.

Oh great, ANOTHER conspiracy nut.
Look at the results. The building owner got rid of his lousy buildings. The government got to implement a police state. We got an excuse to invade Afghanistan to restore the opium supply. The drug companies got wealthy by making opium pills. The arms manufacturers made extra sales. Cheney's company got wealthy from gouging the government on assorted contracts. Iraq and Syria were destroyed. And it only cost a little over 10,000 dead Americans and $6 Trillion. Isn't that wonderful?
